Book camping by voice: reserve your spot at the Red Bull Ring by speaking

You can now book at Schitterhof CAMPING WEISS by voice: Just tell Resi, our digital receptionist in the chat, or your AI assistant what you need – event, dates, number of people, vehicle. No forms to fill out, no typing. We'll hold your spot, send you the payment link by email, and after payment you can cancel free of charge within 24 hours.

How do I book a spot at the Red Bull Ring by voice?

Open schitterhof.at on your phone or computer and tap "Ask Resi". Then tap the microphone icon next to the input field (it appears in browsers that support voice input, like Chrome, Edge and Safari) and simply say what you're planning, for example: "We're coming with a motorhome for Formula 1, two people, Friday through Monday." Resi is an AI, replies in the chat and reads her answer to you if you ask by voice (you can turn this off anytime). You can also just type. Here's what happens next:

• Step 1: Resi asks for whatever's still missing: event, dates, people, vehicle.
• Step 2: She checks in real-time which category fits your vehicle and whether it's available, and tells you the price.
• Step 3: You give your name and email address. Resi repeats both for safety, especially with spoken input.
• Step 4: She asks in one sentence whether our terms and cancellation policy work for you – as they appear on the website. She'll spell out the cancellation tiers if you want.
• Step 5: Only after your yes does she create the reservation.

Spots are available at all events from Wednesday before the event through Monday after.

What happens after I say yes?

We hold your spot and send the payment link to your email address. Resi also shows it to you right away in the chat. You tap the link and pay with one tap. In the email you'll find our terms and cancellation policy to read through – they're also on the payment page. After payment you can cancel free of charge within 24 hours and get a full refund – this doesn't apply if your arrival is less than 3 days away. After that the regular cancellation tiers apply. You'll get confirmation and receipt like with any booking.

Why do last-minute bookings only get 2 days?

When arrival isn't far off, we only hold the spot for 2 days, and you can only pay with instant payment methods – card, Apple Pay, PayPal or EPS. A bank transfer would take too long, and we don't want to hold a spot away from someone when it could already be paid for. For bookings made well before the event, you have 7 days and all payment methods.

Can I also book with ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini?

Yes. We have an open interface for AI assistants that can use external connections. Your assistant can check availability and prices, tell you the price, get your agreement to terms and cancellation policy, and then create the reservation. You'll receive the payment link by email. What do I need to know?

• Only give your own email address – that's where the payment link goes.
• Don't write or say any payment details or ID information to Resi. Payment only happens through the link.
• Resi can reserve spots but can't cancel or process refunds. Our team helps with that.
• Maximum three open reservations at once per email address. For larger groups write to us at servus@schitterhof.at.
